I decided Past!Chalse (pictured at fourteen here) needed friends! And I integrated that idea with the new kitty I made up today named Hotslip (by no means ripped from Hotspur, my favorite character in Henry IV. Not at all.), who is your stereotypical Streetwise Young Adolescent Male Who Somehow Beats The System In Every Way. ...even though he ICly just got part of his foot hacked off, that's irrelevant. No, it's irrippopotamus! They were the best of buddies until a certain point when they got separated, and haven't seen each other since. And it's sort of fun now, because I can document their separate paths, and I will probably reunite them at some point, because I've only been playing Hotslip for a couple hours and I already love him.
Is it horrible that drawing this made me want kitty servants to wash my floor? Look at their taaaails!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

If Hotslip beat the system, how come he's washing The Man's floor?
